The site is now back online and at full functionality as of 5/26 (Tue) 16:30 (search, booking, booking confirmation, cancellation, inquiries, all online).
However, some inventory and pricing data for our hotels and tours is still in the process of being updated and may result in the following:
1. Though you were able to add a hotel room or tour to your shopping cart, you may not be able to actually book it (an error occurs when proceeding from cart to booking). This is due to the inventory data for that product being out of date, and unfortunately, there is no longer inventory available to book.
2. The price shown for a hotel room at the time you added it to your cart and at the time your proceed to booking may differ. The price shown after proceeding to booking is the correct price. If there is no problem, please proceed with booking.
All inventory and price data is expected to be completely up to date this week. We apologize for the continued inconvenience and ask for your understanding in this matter.
