|If you would like to extend your reservation at a hotel or ryokan, please make a second reservation for the additional nights. After completing the new reservation, please contact Customer Support to combine it with your original reservation.
If you would like to reduce the number of nights you will stay at a hotel or ryokan, please contact Customer Support.
Please note that even if you are cancelling a reservation to make a new one, cancellation fees may be incurred. Cancellation policies differ, so please be sure to confirm the cancellation policy of each hotel.
