Yes. You can change the pick-up place and time you selected when booking to one of the other available options for your tour by contacting Customer Support.
Pick-up Change Deadline
Please note that you must contact Customer Support by 4:00 p.m. (JST) on the day before your tour to change your pick-up place and time. Requests for changes received after this time cannot be processed. If you decide to change your pick-up place and time on the day before your tour, please be sure to call Customer Support on 03-6219-8682, as requests made by email may not be processed in time.
