Meals at ryokan typically include a wide variety of traditional Japanese dishes made from a variety of ingredients. Many ryokan serve the same course meal to all guests (i.e., the ability to choose dishes individually is usually quite limited or not possible at all).
If there are certain kinds of food that you are unable to eat due to allergies, a medical condition, or other circumstances, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible after booking so that they can notify the ryokan (in your email, please be as specific as possible and be sure to include your booking confirmation number). It may be possible for the ryokan to change some of the dishes included in your meal, but this is not guaranteed. Similarly, requests for specific kinds of dishes may not be accepted. Please note that this is completely at the discretion of the ryokan. |
