If you reached the booking completion page and received a booking confirmation number, please go to "My Booking" on our website and print the confirmation screen.   

If you did not receive a booking confirmation number, please contact Customer Support to confirm the status of your booking. To help us search for your booking, please tell us the name of the hotel or tour you were trying to reserve and the phone number or email address you entered during the booking process.    

You can also check the status of your reservations online. Please note that your bookings will only appear after signing in to the site you made the booking with. For example, bookings made on the JAPANiCAN.com English site can only be seen after signing in to the English site and will not appear on the Chinese site.
