199 Can I use my credit card to make a reservation for someone else? 2010/10/05
It is possible to make a reservation on JAPANiCAN.com by proxy (i.e., the hotel guest/tour participant is not the credit card holder). However, if you wish to make such a reservation, we ask that you complete and sign a document verifying the details of the reservation. Please follow the procedure below:

1. Make a reservation on JAPANiCAN.com.

2. After making the reservation, print out the appropriate document (provided below in PDF format). These documents are necessary, and reservations made for individuals other than the card holder or groups which do not include the card holder will not be considered valid until Customer Support has received the correctly completed and signed document.

3. After completing and signing the appropriate document, please fax (81-3-5796-5459) or scan and send it via email (support@japanican.com) to JAPANiCAN.com Customer Support. If you decide to submit the document via email, please note that it must be printed, completed, then scanned and sent to the email address above. The card holder's handwritten signature is necessary.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but please understand that this process is in place to protect both our customers and our company against fraudulent credit card use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
